• How much does it cost to start my jewelry business?
  At minimum you pay for your certification fee, which is under $200.  You are not required to purchase sample jewelry, but you will have a higher sales average at each show if you have samples to be seen and touched.  If you are serious about this as a business, you should buy as much sample jewelry as your budget will allow.  You will also have many options to earn free jewelry in your first months and as a Representative after you join.

• Do you have to buy any jewelry?
  No, it's not required that you buy jewelry, but you will have higher show averages and your investment will pay for itself very quickly.  I spent way over the average, but I made my $1,900 investment back in ONE MONTH!  And don't forget that you get to wear your samples (don't try that with a candle)!!

• How do you find Hostesses for your home shows?  Is it difficult?
  When you start out, your friends, family and coworkers will be your first Hostesses. Once you begin having home shows, you should view each person that attends as a potential hostess, especially those that order your jewelry.  Simply ask everyone that attends if they would be interested in earning Free Jewelry and let them know how much jewelry your Hostess is earning!

• How do you find Representatives for your downline?
  Again, everyone that attends a party is a potential Representative.  Some guests will take a special liking to the jewelry. Tell them how much money you make from an average show (3-4 hours of work) and how easy it is!

• How much money can you make from jewelry sales? 
  That depends on how much you choose to work. The more home shows you do, the more money you will make.  I average between $200 and $400 per show - just four shows per month is over $1,000!!!

• How much money can you make from your downline of Representatives?
  There is no requirement to sponsor others, but if you choose to do so you will earn a percentage of their sales.  As your Team grows you will see your commission check grow as well!  This is where you have the opportunity to maximize your income potential.

• How many home shows do you have to do? Are there any quotas?
  There are no quotas to maintain your business of selling sterling silver jewelry. If you choose to sponsor Representatives in your downline, there are very reasonable sales minimums required for you to earn your commission check.  But if you are a Team Leader you should already be setting a great example in sales and the minimums only add up to a couple average shows.  For the details on the commission plan, be sure to get the information kit!.

  This is a legitimate business opportunity that focuses on you selling jewelry. Your success is completely in your hands.  Work a little or work a lot - it's up to you. You can also sponsor others into the company and earn a percentage of their sales but there is never a requirement to build a team.

  When you are an Independent Representative, you choose how to run your business. If you want to focus your business on selling jewelry and you do not wish to recruit others, you may do so freely.  On the other hand, if you choose to sponsor others and earn commission from their sales, you are free to do that as well.  You choose how you want to run your business.
